Who We Are

Cultivated Connections Design & Consulting (CCDC) is an education consulting firm reimagining what’s possible when creativity and literacy are treated as essential, not optional.

We help educators, school leaders, and organizations move from scattered efforts to intentional practice by designing learning environments that are culturally responsive, literacy-centered, and sustainable over time.

Our work lives at the intersection of the arts, instructional strategy, and professional learning, supporting both students and the educators who serve them.

What Makes Our

Approach Different

We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or surface-level inspiration.

At CCDC, we believe:

  • Creativity is essential—not extra

  • Literacy is a foundation for access, expression, and opportunity

WHAT CUSTOMERS SAY ABOUT US

Testimonials

“The Read, Move, Create™ session was an informative and engaging professional development experience that connected reading standards through the power of movement and dance. The strategies were clear, practical, and easy to envision in real classrooms, making literacy feel joyful and accessible. This work redefines what literacy instruction can look like—and every school should have access to learning experiences like this.”

Our session about Culturally Responsive Arts Integration was phenomenal. From the brain research that came out of it to the movement that was incorporated to gaining a better understanding of how we can use the arts to drive learning, it was so insightful. This session was powerful and energetic.

I look forward to using what I learned during this professional development session as my daily teaching practice.
